The charges for a extra page are PKR 5000/-.

Poster presentation is scheduled on the second day of the conference.
Accommodations will not be provided.
Attending the conference in case you are a presenter is compulsory which has been mentioned in the camera ready guidelines.
IEEE has the right to exclude any papers due to whatsoever reasons though very unlikely, In case of no paper presentation or withdrawal the paper wont be published.
PKR 25,000/- is for a single presenter and accommodation is not included, during the conference accommodation is not provided.
The conference proceedings are forwarded to IEEE as soon as a session is concluded, publishing the paper is an internal task of IEEE and the time is subject to their own process.
The audience can go for questions during the presentation.
Yes you can register yourself as an observer in the conference. However, the observer must be an enrolled student to any national, international institute.
Yes, University provides transportation to and from major points of Karachi. The route information with timings will be shared with all registered participants.
